Arfeen Real Estate is looking for a passionate and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team. We are seeking a results-oriented professional with proven sales leadership and team management skills, ready to make a substantial impact in the real estate sector.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry with a successful track record in sales and client management.
Must have a team of at least five property consultants.
Must own a car to facilitate client meetings and property visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants to meet sales targets and performance objectives.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Provide training and ongoing support to boost team performance and professional development.
Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
