Job Responsibilities
- Perform complete mechanical installation of passenger, freight, and service elevators.
- Install guide rails, brackets, buffers, machine beams, machines, counterweights, and elevator cars.
- Install landing doors, car doors, door operators, and related mechanical components.
- Read and interpret layout drawings and installation drawings.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and plumbness of all installed equipment.
- Perform mechanical adjustments before electrical testing and commissioning.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow company quality procedures and UAE safety regulations.
- Coordinate with electrical technicians, supervisors, and project engineers.
- Complete work within project schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of elevator mechanical installation experience.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Experience in scaffoldless installation is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of hand tools, lifting equipment, and installation procedures.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Technical Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in elevator installation is an advantage.
