Job Title: Maintenance Staff

Job Summary:
We seek a skilled Maintenance Staff member to handle all upkeep and repair tasks within our medical center. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
Ensure medical equipment and facility infrastructure are in optimal condition.
Address maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions.
Liaise with external vendors for specialized repairs.
Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
Assist in setting up fixtures, signage, and other operational needs.
Requirements:
Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in healthcare or commercial facility maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards.
Diploma/certification in a relevant field is an advantage.

Pay: Up to AED2,800.00 per month
