Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in the restaurant industry to manage our financial transactions, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of restaurant accounting, inventory management, cost control, and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Financial Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare financial statements, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Conduct monthly and yearly financial closings and reconciliations.
✅ Restaurant-Specific Accounting:
Track food, beverage, and labor costs to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct cost analysis to prevent wastage and loss.
Ensure accurate recording of daily sales, expenses, and payroll transactions.
Work closely with restaurant managers to implement cost-control measures.
✅ Payroll & Tax Compliance:
Process payroll and ensure accurate deductions for taxes, benefits, and tips.
Handle tax filings, including sales tax, payroll tax, and corporate tax compliance.
Assist in audits and maintain proper documentation for regulatory compliance.
✅ Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial data to provide insights for business decision-making.
Identify trends and suggest ways to improve financial performance.
✅ Technology & System Management:
Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Netsuite) and POS systems to manage financial records.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure seamless integration of restaurant software.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
