Electronic parts catalogue (EPC) operator

We are looking for an experienced Automotive EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) Specialist to support our parts identification process for commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in using manufacturer EPC systems to identify and verify genuine part numbers from VINs, chassis numbers, and technical information.

Responsibilities

* Use OEM Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPCs) to identify correct spare part numbers.

* Decode VIN/chassis numbers and determine the correct vehicle configuration.

* Cross-check superseded and alternative part numbers.

* Verify compatibility of parts before quotation or ordering.

* Provide accurate OEM part numbers with descriptions.

* Communicate clearly and respond promptly to requests.

Preferred Experience

* Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

* Mercedes-Benz EPC

* Volvo Impact

* Scania Multi

* MAN Cats

* Other commercial vehicle EPC systems

* Previous experience in a dealership parts department or heavy truck spare parts business is highly preferred.

* Strong understanding of heavy commercial vehicle components and assemblies.

* Proven experience using OEM EPC software.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Reliable internet connection and availability for remote work.

* Good written English.
