Electro Mechanical Technician  Job Overview:  We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Technician who thrives in a

and is capable of handling a wide variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations across mechanical, electrical, and basic construction systems. This position requires a dedicated and reliable individual with strong
multitasking
abilities, a high sense of ownership, and the
flexibility
to quickly respond to both corrective and preventive maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and basic construction systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of issues across various systems in a timely and efficient manner. Assist in the installation, modification, and upgrade of equipment and systems as required. Proactively identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure system reliability. Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests and urgent repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Maintain a clean and organized
work environment
, ensuring that
tools and equipment
are well-maintained and readily available. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards when performing tasks. Keep accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts inventory. Provide support across various departments as needed, adapting to a range of tasks and challenges. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Technician in a mechanical, electrical, or construction environment. Strong troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills
across multiple systems. Ability to work independently, efficiently prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with basic construction work and related tools. Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with
hands-on experience
in maintenance and installations. Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. Excellent
communication skills
and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
