Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical principles, safety regulations, and industry standards. This role involves working closely with other engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure the successful execution of electrical designs and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components to meet project requirements.
Create technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software.
Analyze electrical issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance system performance.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess electrical installations and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger projects.
Perform calculations for electrical load, voltage drop, and energy efficiency.
Develop and maintain documentation, including reports, manuals, and design specifications.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in electrical engineering.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in electrical system design and project execution.
Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, etc.).
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Experience with power distribution, control systems, and automation is a plus.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certification is preferred.
Work Environment:
Office setting with occasional site visits and fieldwork.
Exposure to construction sites, manufacturing facilities, and industrial environments may be required.
