Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize electro‑mechanical systems for Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification units, ensuring peak performance and efficiency. Integrate electrical controls, instrumentation, and mechanical components into robust RO system designs, troubleshooting complex interdependencies. Conduct thorough testing and validation of RO system prototypes and production units, identifying and resolving design flaws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electro‑Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in designing and troubleshooting electro‑mechanical systems, with a strong focus on RO technology.
- Proven expertise in integrating electrical components (PLCs, VFDs, sensors) with mechanical systems (pumps, valves, membranes).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid Works) for mechanical design and electrical schematics.
