Electrician-OCSA Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at Zahid Industries
Primarily responsible for periodic preventive maintenance schedule for all Electrical system’s and will be responsible for routine inspection & testing, troubleshooting and repair of switch gear, daily meter readings and Installations of additional power supplies.
Key Accountabilities
- Complete electrical maintenance work as per maintenance work orders.
- Repairs electrical equipment and circuits as necessary.
- Ensures all circuits and switches are clearly marked for emergency use.
- Advises Facilities supervisor concerning major repairs / changes required.
- Complies with local rules, regulations and codes and works.
- To be ready and willing to co-operate with and assist other trades, within the department, to carry out R&M duties.
- Perform regular housekeeping of the LV room, generator room, MCCR room and SMDB room.
- Perform the daily inspection checklist.
- Assist to perform the Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical and other works when and where required.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
- Educational Qualifications and
Certifications:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge: Knowledge in Electrical works
- Technical
Skills:
Hands on and Tools Technique
- Language
Skills:
Arabic is desirable. English is essential
- Experience : 3-5 years of experience as an Electrician in Facility Management or similar organization with at least 1 year in similar position
