We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our dynamic team and contribute to maintaining the high standards of service our guests expect.
Position Overview:
As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office during your shift. This includes ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, managing the front desk team, and addressing any guest concerns or complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front office staff and ensure smooth shift operations.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including handling complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Assist in improving guest reviews by ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Monitor daily check-in/check-out procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in increasing guest satisfaction and positive reviews.
Knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations, front desk operations, and guest services.
Able to work under pressure
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a front office or guest service role, preferably in a hotel or holiday home setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism and tact.
Experience in managing a team and working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work under pressure and ensure that guest expectations are met at all times.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in hotel management software and basic office applications.
Flexible schedule and availability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
