We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electronics Technician – Team Leader to oversee our technical operations and lead a team of technicians and assistants. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of mobile accessories, electronic gadgets, home appliances, and related products, along with proven leadership and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic products including:
- Mobile accessories
- Electronic gadgets
- Small home appliances
- Consumer electronic devices
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and assistants.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Ensure repairs and maintenance work are completed efficiently and on time.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure high service standards.
- Train and guide junior technicians and assistants.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and repair equipment.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain service records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements and team performance.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electronics repair and maintenance.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mobile accessories, consumer electronics, gadgets, and home appliances.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
