Job Title: Multi-Skilled Civil Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Civil Technician to join our team at Facilico Facilities Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various civil maintenance and repair tasks, with a focus on precision, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform ceramic tiling, retiling, silicon application, and grouting work.
Conduct bricklaying, hollow block work, cement plastering, and casting of plain cement concrete.
Modify and install marble tops and granite panels for wash basins and kitchen countertops.
Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, joint repair, and cleaning.
Apply various types of paints (water-based, oil-based, epoxy paints, and topcoats) to different surfaces such as gypsum, cement, wood, and blocks.
Carry out furniture carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks.
Perform routine maintenance, repair, and installation activities with a keen eye for detail and quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Relevant ITI qualification or equivalent technical certification in civil maintenance.
Hands-on experience in civil maintenance, repairs, and installation.
Expertise in furniture carpentry, masonry, and painting work.
Ability to work with a variety of materials and surfaces.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship.
