Job Description
- Reduce the mean time of repair (MTTR) in the production lines.
- Analyze and report any anomalies, with the possibility of completing notifications M1, M2 and M3 in the PM (SAP) system and confirm orders.
- Carry out inspection of electrical/mechanical, and/or predictive route, when planned and requested by the planner.
- Develop, along with the supervisor and the Maintenance Engineering department, tools to speed up the Maintenance services.
- Carry out scheduled tasks: equipment maintenance and facility maintenance.
- Comply with the Kanban planning, updating it according to the standard.
- Contribute with feedback for planning, optimizing the scheduling, times of execution and reducing back‑log.
- Diagnose root cause of electrical / mechanical malfunctions or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Develop root cause analysis.
- Comply with reasonable EHS instructions and safe working procedures.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems.
- Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone’s health and safety.
- Assist with the preparation of risk assessments.
- Report EHS hazards, incidents & issues.
- Follow GMP & 5S at workplace.
Academic Background
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
