Core Purpose
To ensure that all rides, attractions, arcade machines, fixtures, and building fittings remain fully operational and completely safe for both customers and staff members.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Technical & Maintenance Operations
- Respond promptly to all live technical faults as they occur during operation shifts.
- Perform scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance routines.
- Report equipment, ride, attraction, or fitting faults to senior leadership and supervisors.
- Provide active support to cross-functional Electronics and Mechanical Technicians during complex repairs.
- Coordinate directly with the Operations Management team to resolve machine defects efficiently.
- Maintain clean, safe, and highly organized workshop environments at all times.
Ride & Gaming Operations
- Verify that ticket redemption machines dispense correctly and stay stocked with inventory.
- Actively monitor and report ongoing instances of asset or attraction failure.
- Complete professional cross-training to step in and safely act as an active Game Operator.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all guest areas stay completely safe and free from any potential hazards.
- Train and guide venue staff on critical safety procedures and technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Certifications & Specialized Training
- Certified Manlift Operator.
- Trained and Certified Game Operator.
