Location: Sharjah – Sharjah Central
AED -4000 Minimum + Commission
If targets met, expected total take-home pay can be AED 7000+ monthly

This role is the driving force behind the success of our business! As a Membership Sales Agent for GymNation, you will be accountable for selling gym memberships. But more so, we are looking for people with a flair for sales and who consider themselves a “people person”!

The Role & Key Duties:
As a Membership Sales Agent, you will help people to change their lives and sell a fitness product that you truly believe in. In this sales-focused role, we’re looking for the drive, motivation and passion to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Generating Sales leads through referrals, outreach activities and corporate events.
Working through your sales process to maximize new member join-ups.
Inspiring new and prospective members to join our clubs by completing a needs analysis and getting to know what your customer wants.
Proactively managing your sales pipeline to hit your commission targets.
Achieving daily and monthly sales targets as an individual and as part of a team.
Being a proactive team member and assisting in the day to day running of the gym (supporting the FOH Team & GM when requested).
Being passionate about fitness and the amazing product you are selling. Continually learning about our product and developing yourself professionally as a sales expert.
What we are looking for:
Individuals with an outgoing and approachable personality.
A real passion for fitness and health.
Customer service skills and experience.
Experience of high-volume sales, lead generation and referrals – whilst not essential – is highly desirable.
Our sales role is well suited for candidates with a background in a call centre and/or high volume of outbound calls.
TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED ON ALL GYMNATION PROCESSES & SYSTEMS
