We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Oracle NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize our Oracle NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will ensure that the system supports the company’s operational, financial, and reporting requirements while aligning with business objectives. This role involves system configuration, user support, process improvement, and integration with other tools.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
Configure, maintain, and manage the Oracle NetSuite platform.
Implement and manage workflows, scripts, roles, permissions, dashboards, and reports.
Ensure system integrity and data accuracy through regular audits and updates.
User Support and Training:
Provide day-to-day support to users for Oracle NetSuite-related issues.
Develop and deliver user training sessions and documentation.
Process Optimization:
Analyze and optimize business processes to improve system efficiency.
Collaborate with departments (e.g., finance, procurement, sales, and warehouse) to identify and resolve gaps in system functionality.
Integration Management:
Manage integrations between Oracle NetSuite and other business tools or third-party applications.
Work closely with IT or external vendors to implement and troubleshoot integrations.
Reporting and Analytics:
Design and maintain custom reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and insights.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor user roles and permissions to maintain system security.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Oracle NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle NetSuite platform, modules, and scripting (SuiteScript).
Experience with financial, procurement, inventory, and CRM modules in Oracle NetSuite.
Familiarity with business process optimization and ERP best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Oracle NetSuite (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant).
Experience in retail or e-commerce environments.
Understanding of visual merchandising, sales analysis, and warehouse management processes.
Knowledge of SQL and data analytics tools.
