Key Responsibilities:
Provide a welcoming and professional reception experience for all clients.
Manage client inquiries and appointments, ensuring a seamless scheduling process.
Educate clients on available treatments, services, and product offerings.
Maintain accurate records of client information, appointments, and follow-up details.
Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Uphold the clinic’s high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and cleanliness.
Assist in daily clinic operations and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a client-facing or customer service role; experience in the aesthetic or healthcare sector is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume setting.
Proficiency in using office software and clinic management systems.
A positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends is highly advantageous.
Languages: Arabic and English ( Proficient).
