Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Supervisor role based in Tabuk. The Electrical Supervisor will oversee daily electrical activities on project sites, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Responsibilities include supervising electrical technicians and subcontractors, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with project specifications and regulatory requirements. The role involves troubleshooting electrical issues, reviewing drawings and technical documents, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The Electrical Supervisor will also collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and safety personnel to support quality, cost control, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems.
- Solid understanding of electricity principles and practical application in construction or industrial settings.
- Background in electrical engineering or related field, with experience interpreting electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices for on-site work.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within contracting, construction, or electromechanical projects.
- Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.
