Key responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, developers & investors.
– Engage and understand potential client needs to offer a competitive deal.
– Conduct property viewing and provide expert advices.
– Generate leads through marketing & networking.
– Represent the company in a professional manner.
– Ensure complete client satisfaction by offering exceptional service and support throughout the transaction process.
Qualification:
– Minimum 1 year of experience as a property advisor or similar role.
– Strong communication & negotiation skills.
– Knowledge of relevant computer applications with laptop.
