Electrical Site Engineer – MEP Jobs in Dubai at Prime Technologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor electrical MEP installation works at site.
- Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other MEP disciplines.
- Ensure proper installation of electrical systems including LV systems, lighting, power distribution, cable trays, containment, and ELV systems.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Coordinate material inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Assist in resolving site technical issues and provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Electrical Site Engineer in MEP construction projects.
- Strong experience in building construction projects (high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, or similar projects).
- Good knowledge of electrical installations, drawings, and site coordination.
- Experience with UAE construction standards and authority requirements (DEWA/ADDC knowledge preferred).
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- UAE MEP construction experience preferred.
- Experience in high-rise building projects will be an advantage.
