We are looking for an experienced Site Electrical Engineer to join our project team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision for building and villa construction projects, ensuring all electrical works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all electrical installation works on-site for building and villa projects.
- Ensure electrical works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines to resolve site issues.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with DEWA/SEWA and UAE electrical standards.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Inspect testing and commissioning activities and ensure successful project handover.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in site supervision for building and villa construction projects.
- Experience working with engineering consultants is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes, standards, and authority requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
