Are you an experienced Electrical Quality Control Inspector with a strong background in Oil & Gas EPC projects? We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our project team in Khafji, Saudi Arabia, and play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the construction, testing, and commissioning phases.

YOUR ROLE
As our QC Inspector – Electrical, you will
- Perform QC inspections and surveillance for electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Review and verify Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Conduct inspections for:, Cable laying, glanding, termination, and insulation resistance (megger) testing, Installation of LV/HV electrical equipment, switchgear, transformers, motor control centers (MCCs), panels, and related electrical systems., Electrical testing, continuity checks, functional testing, energization readiness, and commissioning activities.
- Witness and verify pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Raise, track, and close NCRs, punch list items, and quality observations.
- Coordinate closely with Construction, QA/QC, Commissioning, Engineering, and Client teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards including IEC, IEEE, NEC, and other applicable codes.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, and documentation.
- Support client inspections, audits, and quality assessments as required.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education / Certifications / Licenses
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a QC Inspector – Electrical within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Proven experience in electrical construction, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning processes in industrial and Oil & Gas environments.
- Familiarity with international codes and standards such as IEC, IEEE, NEC, and API.
- Experience reviewing quality documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment while meeting project schedules.
