About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance execution team in supporting our state-of-the-art casting and forging facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence and implement innovative maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead effectively to manage area maintenance execution team (Electrical) in the designated Operating areas to support Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Facility achieving production plans, and reliability targets
- Efficiently plan, resource, and coordinate all Electrical Maintenance activities including routine, unplanned events and assigned projects, in conjunction with the Area Operation Manager.
- Drive reliability initiatives and maintenance strategy implementation
- Ensure EHS compliance and promote safety culture
- Manage budgets and control maintenance costs
- Oversee contractor relationships and service quality
- Lead and develop multi-disciplinary maintenance teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience in a similar field. OR Technical Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 20+ years of technical experience in a similar field
- Certified in Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) are plus
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of reliability methodologies (RCM, RBI, RIS)
- Experience with ERP Asset Management systems
- Excellence in project management and cost control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English language proficiency
