Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth in the payment gateway and banking sector. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and relationship management skills, experience in merchant acquiring, digital payments, and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and acquire new merchants, banks, and businesses for payment gateway solutions.
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in digital payments, POS, and e-commerce.
✅ Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term business.
✅ Negotiate and close high-value deals with key stakeholders, including merchants and financial institutions.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams (tech, compliance, and operations) to enhance customer experience.
✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all sales activities.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
✔ 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management in the payment gateway, banking, fintech, or financial services industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of UPI, credit/debit card processing, and merchant onboarding.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
✔ Experience with CRM tools and sales strategies.
