Job Summary:
Responsible for generating accurate cutting lists from architectural and shop drawings for interior fit-out components, such as joinery, drywall, and ceilings. Aims to minimize material waste and ensure project efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Interpret architectural and shop drawings.
Generate detailed and accurate cutting lists.
Optimize cutting layouts to minimize material waste.
Utilize CAD software and cutting list software.
Knowledge of materials and fabrication processes.
Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and fabricators.
Quality control, documentation, and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
Experience in cutting lists or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD software and cutting list software.
Knowledge of materials and fabrication processes.
Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
