Key Accountabilities
Lead the Electrical Engineering activities for Offshore Project, ensuring technical requirements fully comply with project deliverables and standardised processes.
Ensure that the Contractor’s Electrical Engineering for Topsides, Onshore Facilities (Offshore scope) Engineering, and Gas and MEG Pipeline designs comply with the Contract requirements.
Participate in key design workshops and ensure that Electrical design recommendations are correctly implemented and actions closed before the end of EPCI.
Supervise the Engineering interface between Structural of Topsides, Onshore Facilities (Offshore scope) and Pipeline engineering and the following teams:
Operations, Drilling, Well Management, the Jacket, the pipelines from the topsides perspective, the Onshore Project Team.
Qualifications
Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent; however, any qualification, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.
10 years of relevant experience as Electrical Lead, in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry, having a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction, and operations.
Previous knowledge of Brownfield engineering and execution is required.
