Electrical Engineer – Walk In Interview Jobs in Dubai at HYDROJET TECHNICAL SERVICES & CONTRACTING LLC

We are looking for a highly motivated Online Sales Executive to manage and drive sales across various online platforms, including Noon, Talabat, Careem, Amazon, and other e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, order processing, customer engagement, and optimizing sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Platform Management:

Manage and optimize product listings on Noon, Talabat, Careem, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, high-quality images, competitive pricing, and stock availability.
Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and ranking on online platforms.
Coordinate with platform account managers to maximize promotional opportunities and resolve any operational issues.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment:

Monitor incoming orders across all platforms and ensure timely processing.
Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, refunds, and return requests professionally.

3. Sales Optimization & Revenue Growth:

Track and analyze sales performance on each platform to identify trends and improve conversion rates.
Develop and execute promotional strategies, including discounts, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
Stay updated on Noon, Talabat, and Careem policies, algorithms, and best practices to enhance visibility and sales.

4. Digital Marketing & Platform Advertising:

Manage sponsored ads and paid promotions within Noon, Talabat, Careem, and other marketplaces.
Optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase online sales.
Work with the marketing team to enhance brand presence across digital platforms.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, order trends, and customer insights.
Recommend data-driven strategies to improve sales and streamline online operations.
Continuously research and adapt to emerging e-commerce trends and competitor strategies.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

Experience: 1-3 years in online sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce roles.
Platform Knowledge: Experience managing sales on Noon, Talabat, Careem, Amazon, and other online portals.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM software.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions and sales pitches.
Sales & Negotiation: Ability to persuade customers and close deals effectively.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in tracking sales trends and optimizing strategies based on performance data.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced digital sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic SEO knowledge and online content optimization.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and PPC advertising.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
