Electrical Engineer, Minimum 3 Years of FM Experience (Saudi Nationals Only) Jobs in الرياض at Crystal Facilities Management Limited
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance (CM) of electrical systems and equipment.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
- Read, interpret, and work according to electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical specifications.
- Monitor and maintain LV electrical systems, distribution panels, lighting, power outlets, generators, and UPS systems.
- Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and on schedule.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable safety regulations, standards, and company procedures.
- Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and update asset history in the CMMS or maintenance system.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventive actions to improve system reliability.
- Support emergency breakdown response and ensure timely restoration of electrical services.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of new electrical installations and modifications within facility projects.
Pay: ﷼9,000.00 – ﷼11,000.00 per month
