- Design and Analysis:
- Develop engineering designs for electrical systems, including electrical circuits, distribution plans, and wiring diagrams.
Implementation:
- Oversee the installation and operation of electrical systems according to engineering designs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and electrical codes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.
Maintenance:
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults.
Management:
- Manage electrical projects from start to finish, including managing budget, schedule, and human resources.
- Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct engineering analyses to determine power requirements, calculate loads, and assess system safety.
- Select appropriate electrical equipment, such as transformers, motors, and other electrical devices.
