Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the electrical maintenance team, assigning daily tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities for all electrical systems and equipment.
- Respond promptly to electrical faults and supervise Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities to restore services with minimal downtime.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, generators, UPS systems, and lighting systems.
- Ensure all electrical maintenance work complies with safety regulations, local electrical codes, client requirements, and company procedures.
- Monitor the performance of electrical systems, identify recurring issues, and implement effective maintenance solutions to improve reliability.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, inspection records, and monthly maintenance reports, including KPIs, equipment performance, breakdown analysis, and completed maintenance activities.
- Support emergency maintenance, power restoration, and breakdown response while providing technical guidance and mentoring to the electrical team.
- Manage spare parts inventory, monitor material requirements, recommend equipment upgrades, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
Pay: ﷼9,000.00 – ﷼11,000.00 per month
