Electrical/ELV Supervisor Jobs in Doha at Acciona Facility Middle East
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise installation: Oversee setup of electrical panels, wiring, and ELV networks (CCTV, access control, fire alarms, PA systems, and BMS).
- Testing and commissioning: Monitor insulation, grounding, and system performance tests before hand-over.
- Team leadership: Assign daily tasks to electricians and technicians, tracking progress and quality standards.
- Blueprint reading: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and shop drawings to spot site conflicts.
- Safety compliance: Enforce local building codes, electrical regulations, and site health and safety rules. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or ITI/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Communications.
- Experience: 2 to 7 years of hands-on site experience in electrical and ELV construction or facility maintenance.
- Technical skills: Knowledge of low-voltage cabling, fault diagnosis, and using diagnostic testing equipment.
- Soft skills: Good problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and crew management.
