Electrical Draftsman -(Fit-Out ) Jobs in Al Quoz at Lemon Leaf Restaurant
Job description:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Electrical Draftsman to join our reputable Interior Fit-Out Company. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on UAE experience specializing in electrical drafting for interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate electrical design drawings, plans, and schematics according to project requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the design team, site supervisors, and project coordinators to ensure proper execution of electrical works on-site.
- Prepare shop drawings, load distribution schedules, single-line diagrams, and layouts for low-current systems such as CCTV, Fire Alarm, Data, and Telephone systems.
- Ensure all drawings comply with UAE regulations and authority requirements (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, etc.).
- Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and client requirements.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation.
- Support the estimation and quantity surveying teams with material take-offs and BOQ preparation when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in electrical drafting within the interior fit-out industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems related to interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of UAE electrical codes and authority approval procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
