Job Summary:
As an Experienced Real Estate Agent, you will leverage your market knowledge, strong sales skills, and client relationships to provide exceptional service to both buyers and sellers. Your expertise will be key in negotiating deals, offering personalized advice, and maintaining a stellar reputation in the real estate community. Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation: Provide expert guidance and representation to buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Negotiation Expertise: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions to secure optimal deals for your clients.
Market Insight: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the local market to offer data-driven insights and advise clients on property investments, trends, and pricing.
Lead Generation & Networking: Cultivate and maintain a strong network of contacts, including prospective buyers, sellers, industry professionals, and referral sources to generate consistent leads.
Property Showings & Open Houses: Organize and host property showings and open houses, showcasing the features and benefits of properties to potential buyers.
Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, transparency, and dedication. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire buying or selling process.
Marketing & Advertising: Create compelling listings and market properties effectively, utilizing both
traditional and digital platforms to attract buyers.
Qualifications:
Active, valid Real Estate License
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales
Proven track record of successful transactions and client satisfaction
Deep knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and closing deals
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-first mentality

Preferred Qualifications:
Specialization or experience in specific property types (luxury homes, commercial properties, etc.)
Active involvement in local real estate organizations or community groups
Fluency in English, Arabic and French is a plus
