Electrical BIM Engineer Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Al Ain Consulting Engineers
OB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design of Sub-Station including Transformers, HV & LV Switch gears, Sub-Main Distribution Board, Final Distribution Board, Emergency Generator, UPS system, Capacitor Bank.
Preparation of Load Demand Notification (LDN) and drawings.
Design of complete Power plans including Power fixtures, Sizing and routing of cables / cable trays, voltage drop calculation.
Design of complete Lighting plans including Lighting fixtures and lighting control for Internal/External areas and façade lighting. Preparation of Lux level calculation and simulation using DIALUX software.
Preparation of Detailed Electrical Load Schedule and calculation including Electrical Loads of HVAC, Elevators, Plumbing and Fire Fighting.
Design of Grounding and Lighting protection system.
Design of Telecommunication and structure cabling
Design ELV & Security systems such as: Home Automation system, Intercom, MATV, Public Address Sound System, BMS system and Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Access Control System, Gate Barriers.
Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports and help in design specifications for electrical systems and equipment.
Review, Supervise and inspect the installations, testing & commissioning of electrical systems and technical provide support to supervision team.
Design complying with ESTIDAMA requirements and other Sustainability and green building measures and prepare and review Estidama submission related to electrical works
BIM modelling using REVIT for electrical works.
Perform other tasks given by the superior from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering
With a Minimum 3 – 6 Years of Experience
Minimum 3 Years of Experience in UAE
Abu Dhabi experience ( Preffered)
Must have BIM/Revit Skills
