Currently, we are seeking a talented and experienced eLearning Specialist to design, develop, and implement eLearning solutions that support the organization’s training and capacity-building goals. The eLearning Specialist will utilize modern instructional technologies to deliver effective, accessible, and engaging digital learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop eLearning content in line with the organization’s standards and objectives.
Create interactive digital courses using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate).
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, tracking learner progress, and supporting users.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and transform it into engaging digital learning materials.
Ensure all digital content meets instructional and technical quality standards.
Provide technical and user support for remote training programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of eLearning programs and submit regular performance reports.
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to eLearning within the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in educational technology, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in eLearning development or digital instructional design.
Proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools and familiarity with LMS platforms.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a government environment and deliver high-quality learning.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SCORM, xAPI, or similar eLearning standards.
Knowledge of visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
Familiarity with video production tools and creating screen recordings or voice-over materials.
Understanding of UX/UI principles in digital learning environments.
Ability to analyze training data and generate insights for program improvement.
Awareness of digital accessibility standards and inclusive learning practices.
