Al Amal Specialist recruitment is searching for a skilled Cook for an employer in Albania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will work closely with the kitchen team to create memorable culinary experiences for our guests.
Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for food will be key in this role. This position requires a solid understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and culinary techniques particularly of seafood dishes.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
Manage food inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant setting
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and styles
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred
Benefits:
800 to 1000 Euros Salary plus standard benefits and day off duty salary
