Position: Marketing Executive
About The Job: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and supporting the development of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Experience in graphic design is an added advantage to help enhance visual content across various marketing channels.
Job Description :
1. Develop and design mechanical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
2. Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for mechanical systems, including HVAC layouts, ductwork designs, and piping systems.
3. Design and size HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems, using industry-standard methods and tools.
4. Perform load calculations and energy analysis for HVAC systems using HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) software to ensure compliance with building codes and energy standards.

6. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of mechanical design projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
7. Maintain accurate project documentation, including design notes, specifications, and compliance reports.
Required Skillls:
1. Knowledge of branding and positioning strategies.
2. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
3. Graphic Design skills (Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software is a significant advantage).
4. Basic understanding of video production tools is a plus.
Qualification :
1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role.
3.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
