Full job description

We are seeking an results-driven E-commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing Amazon, Noon, Trendyol seller / vendor portals, expertise in content creation, listing optimization, advertising, and account management. The candidate should also be an excellent problem solver with outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end operations across major local e-commerce platforms, including Amazon SA, Noon, Trendyol, and relevant Q-commerce platforms.
  • Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies covering assortment, pricing, promotions, traffic, and conversion.
  • Own P&L performance of e-commerce channels and drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Noon Ads, platform marketing tools) with strong ROI focus.
  • Analyze business performance using data dashboards and reports; translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (designer, marketing, finance) and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop local operation team members; set KPIs and ensure result-driven execution.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and platform policy changes to ensure business competitiveness and compliance.
  • Support new product launches and category expansion, especially in stationery, office machines, and tools.

    • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of hands-on experience in local e-commerce platform operations, with proven management experience.
    • Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written); both will be used as working languages.
    • Deep understanding of Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, and local Q-commerce ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.
    • Strong background in data analysis, business reporting, and performance optimization.
    • Solid experience in advertising optimization and traffic acquisition.
    • Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in office machines, stationery, tools, or related categories is a strong plus.
    • Social media or content-driven e-commerce experience is an advantage.
