Ecommerce Fulfilment Coordinator – Temporary Jobs in Doha at The Blue Group
This is a contract position for 2 months. Must be available to join immediately with a valid QID.
The role involves coordinating order processing, inventory tracking, shipment management, vendor communication, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services while maintaining operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily fulfilment activities from order receipt to delivery.
- Ensure accurate processing of customer orders and maintain fulfilment records.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement teams.
- Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays or fulfilment issues.
- Maintain fulfilment dashboards, reports, and documentation.
- Support invoice verification, order reconciliation, and record management.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in fulfilment, operations coordination, logistics, customer support, or related functions.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
