Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Optimize website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media.
Create and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and technical SEO to improve organic rankings.
Analyze data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to measure performance and improve strategies.
Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to boost brand awareness.
Execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to improve user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console), and email marketing platforms.
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret key performance metrics (KPIs).
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certification.
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo).
Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and data-driven personalization.
