We’re Hiring: E-Invoicing Consultant (Technical & Functional)

The UAE’s e-invoicing landscape is evolving rapidly, and we’re expanding our team.
We are looking for an E-Invoicing Consultant with a strong blend of tax, ERP, and IT integration knowledge to help clients successfully implement the UAE’s upcoming e-invoicing framework.
What You’ll Do
- Lead UAE e-invoicing implementation projects from planning to go‑live.
- Understand client business processes and map invoice data to required e‑invoicing formats.
- Coordinate with ERP teams, developers, ASPs, and client stakeholders.
- Support API integrations between ERP systems and Accredited Service Providers (ASPs).
- Review XML structures, invoice validation rules, and data mapping.
- Identify implementation gaps and recommend practical solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, implementation documentation, and testing scenarios.
- Conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues, and support successful deployments.
- Keep up to date with UAE FTA e‑invoicing developments and technical standards.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who combines business understanding with technical capability.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in ERP implementation, system integration, or e‑invoicing.
- Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML, and data mapping.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Sage, Net Suite, or similar.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Experience
- PEPPOL or international e‑invoicing projects.
- Knowledge of UBL/XML invoice standards.
- Experience with middleware or integration platforms.
- Understanding of VAT or indirect tax processes.
- Familiarity with cloud integration platforms.
- Basic SQL and database knowledge.
- Experience in software testing and UAT.
You’ll Stand Out If You Have
- Experience working with finance or accounting teams.
- Previous implementation consulting experience.
- Professional certifications in ERP, integration, or project management.
- Experience working with Accredited Service Providers (ASPs) or e‑invoicing platforms.
