We are seeking an experienced andinnovativeE-Commerce Technical Director tojoin ourdynamicteam. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in SAP commerce and related platforms, app development (both Flutter and native), testing automation, technical architecture, and retail. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage and retain an offshore team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage adiverse teamof developers, including offshore teams.
Foster acollaborativeand productivework environment.
SAP Commerce Expertise:
Utilize extensive experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) and similar platforms to drivetechnical excellenceandinnovationin our E-Commerce solutions.
App Development:
Oversee the development of mobile applications using Flutter and native technologies, ensuring high performance, scalability, and user experience.
Testing Automation:
Implement and manage automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our E-Commerce applications.
Technical Architecture:
Design and oversee the technical architecture of our eCommerce solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability.
Project Management:
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
StakeholderCommunication:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, includingsenior management, to provide updates, gather requirements, and align technical solutions with business goals.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate our E-Commerce solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Technical Director or similarleadershiprole in the E-Commerce domain.
Extensive experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) and similar platforms.
Strong background in app development using Flutter and native technologies.
Proficient in testing automation and related frameworks.
Solid understanding of technical architecture principles and best practices.
Experience in the retail industry, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.
Exceptionalleadershipand team management skills, including experience managing offshore teams.
Excellentcommunicationand stakeholder management skills.
Strongproblem-solvingand decision-making abilities.
