A strong aptitude for analysis is essential to decipher data, monitor vital performance metrics (KPIs), and use insights to improve the online shopping experience and boost sales.
You should be well-versed in e-commerce platform administration, with experience in popular platforms like Shopify, Woo Commerce, or Magento.
Effective communication is key, involving both written and verbal proficiency, to facilitate smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers while addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
