We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Specialist

At Segadty, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading brands in carpets, rugs, and outdoor/camping mats, we’re looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to own and grow our online store and marketplace presence, and drive sales across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the online store on Zid or Salla, including adding products and editing descriptions, images, prices, and categories
- Manage the brand’s presence on marketplaces such as Noon, Amazon, and Trendyol — uploading products, updating inventory, and handling orders and reviews
- Ensure product data accuracy and quality, and compliance with each platform’s policies and listing standards
- Optimize product listings and content to improve visibility, ranking, and conversion on both the store and marketplaces
- Support and execute digital marketing activities across social media and paid campaigns to drive traffic and sales
- Monitor competitors’ pricing, offers, and activity across platforms, and recommend improvements
- Track daily sales and performance reports, and coordinate with warehouse and shipping to keep listed inventory aligned with actual stock
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing e-commerce stores on Zid or Salla
- Experience managing marketplace accounts (Noon, Amazon, Trendyol, or similar)
- Good understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail in product data and listing quality
- Analytical mindset with the ability to read reports and act on the numbers
- Team player with solid time-management skills
