E-commerce Operation Executive Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at Ningbo Deli Imp & Exp Co., Ltd.

We are assisting our joint venture partner in filling this role. Please note that the joint venture company will manage all interviews and make the final hiring decision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily operations on Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, and selected Q-commerce platforms.
  • Manage product listings, content optimization, pricing updates, promotions, and inventory coordination.
  • Execute and optimize platform advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and prepare regular reports.
  • Track sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and advertising efficiency.
  • Support campaign planning for key sales periods (Ramadan, White Friday, platform events).
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to support operational decisions.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Assist in new product launches and content localization.

    • Requirements:

    • Fluent in English (both spoken and written), speaking Arabic is a plus.
    • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce platform operations.
    • Familiar with Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, and local Q-commerce platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
    • Hands‑on experience with advertising tools and promotion mechanics.
    • Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and execution-focused.
    • Experience in stationery, office machines, tools, or related categories is a plus.
    • Social media operation experience is a plus.
