Pranic Drug Store LLC is seeking an experienced E-Commerce / Online Sales Manager to drive the growth of our online business across Noon, Amazon, and other leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketplace management, digital sales, and revenue growth, with the ability to execute strategies that enhance online performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize sales performance across Noon, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, profitability, and market share.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising to maximize conversions.
- Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace analytics to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and seamless order fulfillment.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns in line with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain high seller performance standards.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in e-commerce or online sales, with proven expertise in managing Noon, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, online merchandising, pricing strategies, and performance analytics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or retail industry is a strong advantage.
