Job Objective: We are looking for a “Creative E-commerce Specialist” who is innovative and proficient in the latest artificial intelligence technologies to be part of our team on-site at the headquarters.
The candidate will manage and monitor sales operations across our e-commerce platforms (سلّة، ترينديل، ونون).
This role requires on-site presence to work closely with products to ensure accurate inventory management between different sales departments and provide an exceptional customer experience, while also employing AI tools effectively to create attractive marketing campaigns that reflect the visual identity of the organization and enhance overall performance for the e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of E-commerce and On-site Operations:
- Daily monitoring of operations across platforms (سلّة، ترينديل، نون) and ensuring smooth processes.
- Real-time monitoring of inventory and managing it accurately to ensure timely updates directly on platforms and avoid any discrepancies in availability.
- Regularly adding and updating products, processing orders, and monitoring shipping and delivery cases with relevant parties.
- Marketing using Artificial Intelligence (AI):
- Utilizing AI tools to write compelling product descriptions that are professional, attractive, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Leveraging on-site presence to oversee products closely and produce precise marketing content using advanced AI technologies for designing images and advertising campaigns.
- Analyzing e-commerce data and customer behavior to develop marketing recommendations that contribute to increasing sales.
- Customer Service and Communication:
- Prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Monitoring and resolving any issues or complaints faced by customers to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Reviewing evaluations and feedback on the e-commerce and responding to them in a manner that reflects the professionalism of the organization.
