Job Description
- Drive the E-Commerce Strategic Framework
- Define and implement a cohesive e-commerce vision in collaboration with divisions and CDMO, establishing clear guidelines customized per country and customer.
- Act as the primary commerce liaison between divisional teams and the Zone/Global offices, spotlighting local best practices and driving early-adopter initiatives.
- Cultivate and nurture the internal e-commerce community, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and data-driven decision-making among digital teams.
- Lead Partner Relations
- Orchestrate the sustainable e-commerce expansion roadmap and long-term strategies, leading annual e-Joint Business Plans (eJBPs) to establish mutual growth ambitions with top-tier partners.
- Work closely with divisions to build comprehensive 360° digital activation plans for multi-brand and multi-divisional events, focusing on customer engagement and corporate brand development.
- Establish strong commercial relations with e-commerce players and spot new commercial opportunities.
- Translate Data into Actionable Insights
- Author monthly e-commerce newsletters, transforming complex performance data into highly actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Manage the aggregation of diverse e-commerce datasets to generate high-level performance insights for Brand and E-commerce teams.

- E-commerce & Commercial Acumen: Solid experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of online sales, digital retail dynamics, and commercial planning.
- Strategic Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate complex projects like Joint Business Plans, ensuring alignment and successful execution in a matrix environment.
