Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Reports to: E-commerce Manager/Director

Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online store, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Store Management: Maintain and optimize our e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
2. Order Management: Process and fulfill online orders, manage returns and exchanges, and ensure timely delivery.
3. Digital Marketing: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
4. Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and implement strategies to increase customer retention.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Track website and sales data, generate performance reports, and provide insights for business growth.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or a related field.
3. Skills:
– Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
– Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
