E-commerce & Digital Marketing Officer Jobs in Sharjah at five senses
We are looking for a motivated and experienced E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Officer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store.
- Create and manage Meta (Instagram & Facebook) advertising campaigns.
- Assist with TikTok marketing campaigns and content planning.
- Monitor website performance, sales, and customer behavior.
- Manage promotions, discount codes, and product uploads.
- Coordinate with customer service to improve customer experience.
- Create basic marketing content using Canva or similar tools.
- Support email marketing campaigns and customer retention initiatives.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales and marketing performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in E-commerce and Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads is a plus.
- Good understanding of online sales funnels and customer acquisition.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.
